Thinly slice the cabbage. Drain crushed pinapple. Combine all ingredients. Cover and sit in refrigerator for several hours before serving. Optionally add 1/2 tsp of shredded carrot for color. Add 1-2 Tbsp of heavy cream for added creaminess.
