Whipped Cream Topping
Preheat oven to 325. Grease pie pan with margarine.
Beat eggs until stiff.
Add sugar, baking powder, and vanilla.
Fold in crushed Ritz crackers and pecans.
Pour batter into pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
Top with whipped cream.
