Red Kidney Beans

Onions

Peppers, Sweet, Green

Celery
Saute onions, celery, and pepper in small amount of margerine, then add beans and the following:
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 teas. paprika
- 1/2 teas. oregano
- salt
- 2 teas. garlic salt
- 1/4 teas. cayanne pepper
- 1 teas. thyme
Simmer and then add piece of sausage that have been cooked until grease is gone. Serve over rice.
