This recipe is the perfect for thin pork chops because they are moist and tender.

  1. Lightly pan fry the pork chops until slightly browned on both sides.  Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
  2. In another pan, saute the sliced onions in a little oil on medium high.  Add a cup of water and let it cook down until almost completely reduced.  Repeat 2 times until onions are carmelized and dark brown.
  3. Add 2 more cups water, the beef bouillon cubes and brown sugar to the onions and cook until dissolved.
  4. Combine 1/2 cup water and corn starch, then stir into pan.  Cook on medium heat until thickened.
  5. Place pork chops in pan and let simmer in glaze over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
