This recipe is the perfect for thin pork chops because they are moist and tender.
- Lightly pan fry the pork chops until slightly browned on both sides. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
- In another pan, saute the sliced onions in a little oil on medium high. Add a cup of water and let it cook down until almost completely reduced. Repeat 2 times until onions are carmelized and dark brown.
- Add 2 more cups water, the beef bouillon cubes and brown sugar to the onions and cook until dissolved.
- Combine 1/2 cup water and corn starch, then stir into pan. Cook on medium heat until thickened.
- Place pork chops in pan and let simmer in glaze over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
