Cooking Time:

- Peel and slice apples
- Add apples and cornstarch to ziplock bag and toss to cover apples
- Transfer to crockpot
- Top with melted butter, vanilla and lemon juice
- Stir to combine
- Cook on high for 2 hours or until apples are tender without falling apart
