  1. Peel and slice apples
  2. Add apples and cornstarch to ziplock bag and toss to cover apples
  3. Transfer to crockpot
  4. Top with melted butter, vanilla and lemon juice
  5. Stir to combine
  6. Cook on high for 2 hours or until apples are tender without falling apart
