Chocolate Sauce for Ice Cream

Granulated Sugar

Tbsp
Cocoa, Dry Powder
2⁄3
cup
Evaporated Milk
2
Tbsp
Butter, Unsalted
1
tsp
Vanilla Extract (Pure)
Heat sugar and cocoa powder in heavy saucepan until hot, but not melted.
Add milk and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
