In 3 qt pan, add water and sugars. Stir to dissolve, then boil slowly stirring only occasionally until fairly thick. Cool and refrigerate up to 5-7 days. Spread chutney over cheese on foil-covered baking sheet. Room temp 1-2 hours, then bake for 7-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
