  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In medium/large mixing bowl: Add chopped apples, sugar, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, and lemon juice
  3. Stir to combine and the transfer to baking sheet
  4. In another bowl/same bowl mix: brown sugar, oats, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt
  5. After the butter has been cut into small pieces, incorporate into dry mixture, make into crumbles
  6. Spread over apples in baking dish
  7. Bake 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly
