- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In medium/large mixing bowl: Add chopped apples, sugar, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, and lemon juice
- Stir to combine and the transfer to baking sheet
- In another bowl/same bowl mix: brown sugar, oats, flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt
- After the butter has been cut into small pieces, incorporate into dry mixture, make into crumbles
- Spread over apples in baking dish
- Bake 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly
