Lentil Soup

Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in pressure cooker. Saute 1 chopped onion and 4 cloves minced garlic until translucent (don’t brown the garlic or it will turn bitter).
Add 2 chopped carrots, 2 chopped celery ribs and diced ham steak and saute for a minute.
Then add 4 cups chicken broth, 1 cup dry lentils, 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp cumin.
Pressure cook for 18 minutes. Use quick release or release naturally. Season with salt and pepper and Enjoy!
