  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sautee minced onions until translucent.  Set aside and let cool.
  3. Combine beef, egg, milk, onions, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and worchestershire..  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Place in loaf pan.
  4. In separate bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, ketchup and pour over meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
