- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sautee minced onions until translucent. Set aside and let cool.
- Combine beef, egg, milk, onions, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and worchestershire.. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in loaf pan.
- In separate bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, ketchup and pour over meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour.
