Chop all fresh ingredients as finely as possible then combine all remaining ingredients. Chill one hour before serving.  

To increase heat, add more jalapeno pepper, red pepper flakes, or several dashes of hot sauce.  Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita points.

Our favorite is to also serve along side Mexican White Sauce.
