Funnel Cake

White All-Purpose Wheat Flour

Baking Powder

Salt
3⁄4

Whole Milk

Eggs
1⁄2
cup
Powdered Sugar
Corn Oil
- Beat egg and combine with milk.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, then stir in egg/milk mixture until smooth.
- Fill a pancake dispenser or a funnel with the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a pan of oil or a deep fryer, in a circular motion to form a 6 inch spiral.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
