Funnel Cake

White All-Purpose Wheat Flour

Baking Powder

Salt

cup
Whole Milk

Eggs
1/2
cup
Powdered Sugar
Corn Oil
  1. Beat egg and combine with milk.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients, then stir in egg/milk mixture until smooth.
  3. Fill a pancake dispenser or a funnel with the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pan of oil or a deep fryer, in a circular motion to form a 6 inch spiral.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
