Recipe Instructions: 

  1. Gently combine crab meat and bread crumbs.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk togetherĀ all remaining ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  3. Gently fold crab and bread crumbs into the mixture.
  4. Shape into 8 patties, cover with plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator until well chilled (about an hour).
  5. Melt 1 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp oil and lightly saute the patties on each side until golden brown.

If available, add 1/4 cup of minced red pepper to add extra flavor and color.
