So Simple!!! Follow the Libby’s pumpkin pie recipe on the back label of their pumpkin pie filling can. Instead of adding one egg per their instructions, add two eggs. You will enjoy the most custardy pumpkin pie ever. The secret here is that while everyone tells you that “When your pumpkin pie cracks, you did something wrong”.
Well they never tried using two eggs because then they would know… just like my mother told me before she passed away. God rest her soul. If your pumpkin pie does NOT crack, then you most certainly did something wrong!
