Combine Flour, Baking soda, Salt, and Cinnamon in small bowl. Beat Sugar, Brown Sugar, Butter, Eggs, and Vanilla is separate bowl.
Stir in Dry mixture into wet mixture. Mix well, Stir in Oats and Butterscotch morsel’s. Drop Tbsp. full circles on cookie sheet.
Bake 375 for 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies and 8-9 minutes for crunchy cookies. cool on rack
