Slice and cut chicken breast into chunks and saute in butter. Season with garlic butter and salt and pepper. Cook until completely done. Add jar of Pasta sauce. Let simmer for at LEAST 10 minutes. The longer it simmers the better the flavor, but don’t let it scorch. Add sliced celery and cook until celery is tender and crisp. Have rice cooked and hot. Serve the chicken caruso over hot cooked rice. Enjoy!
