White All-Purpose Wheat Flour

Brown Sugar

Butter, Unsalted

- Toss blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon
- Whisk egg and 2 tablespoons water for egg wash (optinoal)
- Lay crust into pan
- Spoon filing onto crust (Do not add extra from bottom)
- Either top with another pie crust or add crumble topping
- *For crumble: Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter
- Crumble over top of blueberries
- Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes
