  1. Toss blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon
  2. Whisk egg and 2 tablespoons water for egg wash (optinoal)
  3. Lay crust into pan
  4. Spoon filing onto crust (Do not add extra from bottom)
  5. Either top with another pie crust or add crumble topping
  6. *For crumble: Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter
  7. Crumble over top of blueberries
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes
