Marinade: Mix dijon mustard, honey, oil and lemon juice. Pour 2/3 of marinade over Chicken. Let set for 2 hours. Sear chicken 3-4 min per side. Saute mushrooms in butter. Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Place 2 pieces of bacon crossways on top of each chicken breast. Mushrooms next. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until bubbly.
