White All-Purpose Wheat Flour

Butter, Salted
Mix mashed sweet potatoes, melted butter, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk (1/2-1 cup as needed, should not be soupy but thin enough to pour.) Salt, vanilla and cinnamon to taste. pour into a greased 9×11 casserole dish.
Topping: Mix pecans, packed brown sugar, flour and butter together with a fork. Crumble on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. If potato mixture is not firm cook for a few more minutes.
