Granulated Sugar
Salt
Ground Beef
Ground beef or Stew beef can be used. Add beef and vegetables. Add tomato juice as needed to make it the consistency desired. Add sugar and salt to taste. Cook 1-2 hours on the stove or in crockpot.
*I added 1 Cup of beef broth to thin*
