4-6 thick cut pork chops (I use boneless)
1 envelope onion soup mix
14 oz chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 envelope dry pork gravy mix
1 tsp garlic powder
In slow cooker, combine onion soup mix, chicken broth, soup and gravy mix. Season chops wiht garlic powder. Place chops evenly in slow cooker and cover with gravy. Cook on low 6 hours.
To thicken gravy, melt 2 tbsp. butter. Whisk in 3 heaping tbsp flour. Pour in 2 cups of gravy. Stir until thickened, then add in rest of gravy from the slow cooker.
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
