Sweet Pie Crust

Keep shortening and butter cold in fridge until ready.  Sift together the flour, sugar and salt.  Quickly mix in the shortening until all the flour is coated.  Chop in the butter cubes until the ingredients look like cornmeal.  Mix in cold water to form the dough.  Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or until ready for use.  Roll to 1/4 thickness.

A pie crust that tastes like a cookie.  Add a pinch of cinnamon, if making apple pie, for even more flavor.
