Petits Four Glaze

Powdered Sugar

Light Corn Syrup

Almond Extract

tsp
Vanilla Extract (Pure)

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix in blender until smooth.
  2. Add food coloring if desired.
  3. Store in an air tight container.

Place one inch cubes of cake or cookies on a raised wire rack and spoon the glaze over each.
