rinse, pat dry.  Trim “feet” off and crack each hard “rib” by pressing gently. Flip over and snip hard shell down center to tail. Gently run finger along inside on each side to release meat. Spread open and lift out meat without detaching.  REMOVE vein.  Close shell backup, place meat on top.  Rinse if needed, pat dry. BROILER to 500 deg, preheat.   Mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley.    Salt and pepper lobster  lightly.  Brush w/ melted butter.  Broil 6-9 mins until opaque.
