Spread rock salt on baking sheet, arrange oysters side by side, and to each add a sprinkly of bread crumbs, pepper, and olive oil. Before serving add lemon juice. To make Baked Oysters with Par. Cheese, follow the same procedure, but top oysters with 1/2 tsp. Prm. Cheese and a “dot” of butter instead.
