1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook manicotti according to package directions and rinse in cold water.
2. In medium-sized bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning and egg.
3. Stuff shells with cheese mixture.
4. In a 9×13 pan, add 1 cup marinara sauce to the bottom. Line the manicotti in an even layer. Cover with remaining marinara sauce and cheese.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
