  1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 15x10in Jelly Roll Pan. For the bars, in a LG bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, butter & eggs until creamy. Blend in bananas & vanilla extract. Add flour, baking soda & salt, blend for 1 min. Stir in Walnuts.
  2. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 20 to 25 min or until golden brown.
  3. Frosting: Heat butter in a Lg sauce pan over med heat until boiling. Let butter turn a delicate brown & remove from heat immediately.
  4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract & milk. Whisk together until smooth (should be thicker than a glaze but thinnerthan frosting). Using a spatula, spread the brown butter over the warm bars (frosting will spread easier to spread while bars are warm).
