Sour Cream
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Grease pan
- Cream butter, slowly add sugar and beat until fluffy
- Add bananas, eggs, and vanilla; beat well
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt
- Add flour mixture to the first mixture
- Slowly add sour cream and beat until well blended
- Pour in pan and bake around 45 minutes
