Energy Bites
1 cup Oatmeal
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1 cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or other mix in (dried fruit works great too)
1-2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix all ingredients in order given. Chill 1/2 hour. Roll into bite size balls. Store in the refridgerator.
