Carmel Crumble Peach Pie

White All-Purpose Wheat Flour

Brown Sugar

- Peel peaches and thinly slice
- Add cornstarch, cinnamon and carmel and coat evenly
- Let sit for 10-15 minutes
- Place pie crust into pan and add peach mixture
- Stir together sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour
- Add cubbed buttter and incorporate into dry mixture
- Add crumbs on top of peaches
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees, after 10 minutes reduce to 350 degrees
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, until top is golden brown
- Place baking sheet under pan for any drippings
- Top with carmel (optional)
