  1. Peel peaches and thinly slice
  2. Add cornstarch, cinnamon and carmel and coat evenly
  3. Let sit for 10-15 minutes
  4. Place pie crust into pan and add peach mixture
  5. Stir together sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and flour
  6. Add cubbed buttter and incorporate into dry mixture
  7. Add crumbs on top of peaches
  8. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees, after 10 minutes reduce to 350 degrees
  9. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until top is golden brown
  10. Place baking sheet under pan for any drippings
  11. Top with carmel (optional)
