Recipe Instructions: 

Boil chicken until done. Shred with fork.  Season your chicken with the spices given.  Toast tortillas on stove.  Dip each tortilla in th enchilada sauce.  Fill with chicken and roll up placing in greased backing dish.  Cover with remaining enchilada sauce.  The. Cover with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake until cheese is bubbly at 350 degrees
